Got Mom, Dad and Hunter a new dog

Well, about a year ago my parents and Hunter's dog, Britney died. She was originally my brother's dog and she came to live with my parents about 7 years ago. My mom was really heart broken so Claudine and I decided to get her another pet. But this time a bird. We got a bird at Christmas and it died shortly after. Then we got another at Valentine's Day and it flew away. My mom and Hunter really wanted another dog but did not want a young dog or one that was not house trained. When my friend, Linda introduced to this dog, Kylie, that she was got from a client for her husband, I fell in love. This dog is a registered yellow lab. Bert and Linda had it for a short time and decided that this dog needed a home where there was people around most of the time. Linda and Bert both work and only home in the evening. zBert called and asked me if my parents would like her. So I immediately called my parents and they said yes. Kylie is a very well trained dog that is 8 years old and loves to play ball. She stays inside most of the time. My family just loves her. Here are some pictures of her.

Getting ready for Christmas!

Well, Mallory and I have the Christmas tree up, house decorated and some outside lights done. I did not have anyone to help with outside lights so that is why there is just a few.

Last week, we had a little Christmas party at the house for a few friends in the area. It probably would have been better but it started snowing and the street were icy. It took me an hour to drive home from work - on a usual 30 minute drive.

Mallory is going to Kansas City on Friday, December 16th, when school gets out. She is going to stay with her aunts and grandparents for 13 days. When she returns then Mallory and I are going to Houston for the New Year's Weekend to see my friends, Brenda, Cecil, Brianna and Harrison.

We wish all of our friends a Happy and Safe Christmas.
